Joe and I watched Food, Inc. last night and it was life changing. We already participate in CSA’s and shop a farmer’s markets in the summer months. We will now be shopping the local markets year round. I plan to search for local butchers who are serviced by area farms. We already have some local resources for dairy and grains. I am going to try my best to shop these for our food only.
